Rey Pasinli is charged with developing and implementing PCI compliance techniques for YesPCI’s web merchants. Mr Pasinli will continue to serve in his management capacity at YesPCI parent company Total Apps, and is a sector vet with over ten years experience in building e-commerce merchant systems. Pasinli holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine School and BA in Mechanical Engineering from California State School , Fullerton.
He is knowledgeable in online merchant processing, risk mitigation systems, and card and ACH laws.
