Savvis Services, Appoints New Senior Vice President

IT infrastructure services for business applications, Savvis, has delegated Thomas T Riley, as its new Senior VP, Handling Director Savvis International. Mr Riley has just about thirty years of expertise in international business and technology. For the previous 5 years, Mr Riley served as the US envoy to Morocco targeting industrial development and aiding US companies in building or expanding operations. Mr Riley spotted, ”The growing requirement for enterprise-class, managed IT solutions delivered over worldwide IT infrastructure is making new possibilities for bodies to grow their companies on a world scale. Having led managed hosting models earlier in my career I understand why bodies are increasingly turning to managed IT solutions.

Before his foreign service post, he served as President and Boss man for many Silicon Valley technology corporations from 1999-2003.

Mr Riley spent fourteen years with Unity Systems, a world home and building controls business.

He also served as the President and CEO of Net State, a web coaching company and ActivePhoto a supplier of net digital photograph services. He held prior roles In America, Northern Eire , Britain and France with TRW and General Resources Concern . He commenced his career in engineering with Boeing. Mr Riley holds a BS in Business Engineering from Stanford and got awarded an MBA from Harvard.
