As the latest initiative in the Spark family of programs that includes Microsoft BizSpark and DreamSpark, Microsoft is building on a legacy of working with key communities and provide additional support, tools and resources to help them thrive. The program provides professionals with WebsiteSpark Web Microsoft software and solutions, along with the tools, training and support to help their companies succeed. The program also helps WebsiteSpark drive new business opportunities by connecting professional Web hosters with an ecosystem of customers, partners and other professionals with complementary technologies.

Web development and design firms with up to 10 employees and owners can participate in the program for three years without WebsiteSpark initial cost. There is only one rate of $ 100 offered by the program, payable at the start, without cost or obligation. Once approved, these companies may have access to:
• Microsoft Web design and development tools, including three licenses of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition, two licenses for Microsoft Expression Web 3 and a license from Microsoft Expression Studio 3
• Four processor licenses for use in the production of Web or Windows Server 2008 R2 (if available) and four processor licenses for production use Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Web Edition
• A third of the premium of a website control panel (DotNetPanel)
Participating companies also receive professional support and training:
• Two technical support incidents per company
• Access to community support through connections with network partners, and peers Hosting Partners with complementary services and technologies
• Unlimited access to technical Managed Newsgroups on MSDN
• Unlimited Support Program for non-technical issues
Besides software, solutions, training and support, the program will expand the scope of participating companies by their tenders in a WebsiteSpark market, supported by Microsoft marketing vehicles. This market, available this fall, will help them connect with potential customers worldwide.
In addition, the program provides a powerful WebsiteSpark global partner ecosystem to help support the success of web professionals. Around the world, partners such as Aruba Networks Inc., Bitrix Inc., Elance Inc., Ikoula, PEER 1 Network Enterprises Inc. and Strato are providing business guidance and technical services to help these companies to go-start their projects development.
