Rackhouse has built a reputation as an industry innovator with respect to the representation of data center tenants, site selection and brokerage, as well as data center analysis and financial consulting. In addition to its current business activities, Lincoln Rackhouse provide development services and construction, purchasing real estate capital and management services on behalf of the data center owners, operators and corporate users of the company. “We see tremendous opportunity in the development cycle for our data center customers and we are excited to join one of the organizations most successful and reputable in the country,” said Martin Peck Rackhouse.
