Hostirian Buys ATCI Hosting

Web hosting provider Hostirian (www.hostirian.com) said Monday it has acquired web hosting provider hosting ATCI (www.atcihosting.com), which will help strengthen the Hostirian get web hosting industry.

Details of the agreement were not disclosed. ATCI Hosting offers a wide range of services, including semi-dedicated servers, dedicated and virtual.

“The addition of ATCI Hosting Hostirian increase globally and strengthen our portfolio of world class hosting solutions,” said Steve Szachta, Hostirian chief operating officer. “We have seen this as an opportunity to acquire complementary assets that Hostirian position for continued growth.”

ATCI Szachta says hosting customers will benefit from the round Hostirian clock network, hardware monitoring, redundant environmental controls, and ensuring service availability.

Hostirian will ATCI transition customers to its platform, while its available capacity allows Hostirian grow with customers.

As a business unit wholly owned by River City Internet Group (www.rcig.net), provides Premium Class Hostirian hosting business, the resort hosting, managed services and colocation services through its three centers data located in St. Louis.

Szachta added that the company completed another acquisition this month, to be announced in a couple of weeks. He says Hostirian hopes to be “very active in the field of mergers and acquisitions over the next twelve months.”

I used to promote ATCI Hosting as an affiliate. When Hostirian took over they stopped paying the affiliates.
