According to TCC, the center’s data communications services division solutions provider Cincinnati Bell (www.cincinnatibell.com), the Lebanon offers data center relocation, disaster recovery, and network monitoring and proactive management .

The Lebanon facility is connected to five other CBTS ‘Greater Cincinnati facilities data center through a state of the art DWDM network for redundancy. The network is capable of supporting real-time replication between data centers within the region, making it a premium of disaster recovery facility.
CBTS facilities are also subject to rigorous annual certifications, including SAS 70, HIPAA, and PCI compliance, and CBTS uses state of the art monitoring and management tools to provide 100 percent of time service agreements activity.
Certified technicians manage the daily operations of data center facilities on a 24/7/365 basis, and security guards are placed at the entrance to the building entrance and facilities.
